Calculating how much to pay:
- PC event fees are $85.
- NPC event fees are $20. This includes dinner on Saturday and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday.
- If you have never played Refuge LARP before, your first two events are half off.
- If you have referred a new player to the game, your event fees for the first event they attend are half off.
- Please note that players may bring tents/campers to sleep in. If you plan on hooking up for services on site, there is an additional fee of $50.
Paying via e-Transfer (preferred):
Once you have calculated the amount you need to pay, please submit it to RefugeEdmonton@gmail.com. Please make sure that you provide information about what and who the payment is for in the "Add a Message" section! This account is set up for Autodeposit so you won't need a security question or answer.
Paying via PayPal:
Once you have calculated the amount you need to pay, please submit it to Payments@refugelarpedmonton.ca. Please make sure that you provide information about what and who the payment is for in the "Add a note" section.
Alternative XP:
As per Refuge Bylaw 6.2.4, a player may pay $10 to receive XP for a second character in addition to the character that attended the event. You must have attended the event in person, and this must be purchased within three months of when the event ended. You can submit payment for this via the methods above. Please make sure that you specify which character the Alternative XP is for and the dates of the event you are purchasing it for.
